I offer my apologies to anyone who follows me. I have fallen behind on updating this substack and making meme threads here.
If you follow me on twitter you might be aware that I am still using the old memes that say Liberals for Sanity on them-my old patreon name. The truth is that I continue to struggle with a significant health crisis and I prioritize tweeting out gender critical ideas and arguments to get the word out-over updating them proper branding.
There is mixed news in the gender critical world. The good news is that we continue to educate people and they continue to join us. People are rightly outraged when they learn about men in women’s sports and prisons.
The bad news, in my opinion, is that too many people continue to cling to the trans model. The entire model of re-framing men as women is flawed and perpetuates the risks that people express outrage about. Motivated by sympathy and a desire to look tolerant, many continue to try to make the accommodating of men in women’s spaces “work.” It simply doesn’t work.
I see the GC community split between those who are accepting of the “trans” framework and those who reject it. Like many, I joined this fight on the side of coexistence and accommodation. I have known and liked people who identify as trans, and I know that not all of them are bad people. However, I have come to the conclusion that the trans model is bad. It requires accommodations that are unacceptable and unworkable, it promotes homophobic medicalization, it encourages gaslighting and boundary violations.
I am aware that it is not up to me how things proceed in society, and that even if trans identity fell into disfavor publicly, there would continue to be old school post-ops who would not detransition. My goal however is to discredit is as a popular or valid option for people, to engage the medical profession in discussions about their ethical responsibility to stop upholding this model, and to find better ways forward for people to talk about dysphoria, dysmorphia, gender roles, aesthetic choices, non-conformity, fetish, and boundaries.
I continue to try to chastise leftist parties and organizations who have failed in their responsibility to fight this ideology. More centrists are joining us daily as they find out about the reality of this movement, and that will leverage people to fight it regardless of their political loyalties.
I thank all of my followers for patience regarding my stream-of- consciousness activism, and I thank you for your support.
For those not aware, my substack content and memes are all free to access-the paid option is only for people who wish to support my activism overall. I am a disabled activist living in poverty, and it is really my tenaciousness and social media work-not this blog-that paid subscriptions support. Regardless of my health and other circumstances, I maintain a significant footprint online every single day without exception.
My particular thanks to the supporter who pays for my blue check on Twitter. This increases the exposure and reach of gender critical ideas-including both my work and the work of others that I amplify. Our presence online shapes the debate and creates the political pressure to make change.
Thank you
